If the waterproof treatment is not done properly, the PCB board and module will be corroded, resulting in reduced life or even damage to the LED display. The solution is to choose a waterproof coating screen when buying a display screen, such as easy to reach the Helios series, or to the screen body coated with a layer of three anti paint.
Low temperature environment will also affect the operation of LED display, most outdoor LED display temperature range is -20℃ to 60℃, too low temperature will lead to the activity of some semiconductor components reduced, or even can not start normally, and some plastic components may crack due to low temperature. Therefore, when purchasing LED display screen, try to pay attention to its working temperature, do not light up the LED screen when the temperature is too low, and regularly check whether the screen is damaged, in the case of extreme cold can be added to the display screen with a warm air device.
